About returns and exchanges
We do not accept cancellation of orders due to customer convenience after ordering.
We will accept returns and exchanges only in the event of damage, defects, or misdelivery upon arrival of the product.
Please note that even if the product is unopened, if 8 days have passed since the product was delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
